![]() And we all know how shitty the ESRI search function is. There's gotta be a tool, or something, but all my googlin' just points me to extract by mask, clip (spatial analyst), and extract by polygon. There is another tool that allows you to retain a clip using a graphic, so I could also convert this poly to a graphic, but that sounds even more painful than making a negative polygon. Also, I'm not exactly sure how that would react. ![]() Then, I could run the extract by mask using the new negative poly. One idea I had is to make a polygon around the entire AOI, then run an erase/cut features using my polygon, creating a negative. Is there a way to input your own polygon feature? The extract by polygon tool does allow you to remove, instead of retain, the extract area, but I think you have to select bounding points for the extract area. Essentially, I'm trying to do the exact opposite of the extract by mask tool. To modify a raster clipping polygon with automatic updates In the Raster Control tool box, select the Modify Clip tool. Hey folks, I'm trying to punch a hole out of a TIFF using a polygon feature class.
